By creating an account or using DartDock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use DartDock.

When using DartDock you agree to:

• Provide accurate profile, team and match information.
• Keep your password and account access secure.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.

DartDock helps you organise and record league and tournament play. We do not verify the correctness of scores or match results submitted by users.

Captains & managers: League managers and team captains are responsible for entering accurate match results, lineups and rankings. DartDock is not liable for disputes arising from incorrect data submitted by users.

You agree not to use DartDock to:

• Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
• Submit false match results, manipulate rankings, or cheat in tournaments.
• Impersonate another person, team or organisation.
• Engage in any illegal activity or violate the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or harm other users. You may also delete your account at any time from your settings.

DartDock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DartDock and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or league disputes.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or by email. Continued use of DartDock after changes means you accept the updated terms.
